Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Perform receiving, stocking, and inventory management tasks accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Assist in cycle counting and quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
