Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and operational staff.
- Implement process improvements and lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or supply chain leadership.
- Proven experience in managing teams of 10+ people in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
