- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory levels, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost control.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and stakeholders on key operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management or supply chain logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ people with a focus on performance management and development.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks under pressure.
