Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational workflows to reduce waste, lower costs, and increase productivity across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, staffing levels, and inventory management to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a high standard of workplace safety and quality assurance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals, track KPIs, and report on performance metrics.
- Crisis Management: Handle day-to-day operational issues with a focus on problem-solving and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing conflict effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
