Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and streamline daily logistics and administrative processes to ensure seamless business operations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions that reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide accurate financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety and compliance standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term operational goals and strategies for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflict, and drive performance under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders clearly.
