Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of operations staff, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and resource allocation plans to improve the bottom line.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
