Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Oversee daily logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Manage departmental budgets and forecast financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and HR, to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
