- Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery and high accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff to meet performance targets.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and internal departments to streamline inventory and shipping processes.
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or supply chain logistics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
