Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-day workflow of the Milwaukee facility to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a diverse team of 15+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and save costs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely replenishment.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Performance Analysis: Review operational KPIs and financial reports to make data-driven decisions for business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
