Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and forecast financial performance with precision.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career planning.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners and vendors to optimize inventory levels and logistics.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met across all operational touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
