Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational staff through performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies and cost-saving initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
