Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of operations staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work culture.
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed reports to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong proficiency with ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
