Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 weekend associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce weekend-specific bottlenecks
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with weekday managers to maintain operational continuity and handover protocols
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Resolve escalated operational issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations/supply chain management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of improving KPIs including order accuracy and fulfillment speed
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record
