Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in Florida.
- Handle budget management and resource allocation for the operations department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Miami area.
