Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day logistics and operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
- Manage the annual operational budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and warehouse management, to align operational goals with company strategy.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various facility locations as needed.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and local Miami business regulations.
