Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ logistics professionals.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage supply chain logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics supervision.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
