Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure strict alignment with company strategic goals and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to achieve peak performance.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with local Las Vegas regulations and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance data.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated history of team development and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and regulatory environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
