Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff with performance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize supply chain workflows
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in warehouse operations management
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety leadership experience
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
