Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily workflows and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Process Improvement: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- KPI Reporting: Analyze operational data and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Compliance: Ensure all operational activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Location: Must reside in the Oakland, CA area or be willing to relocate.
