Responsibilities
- Lead & Direct: Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operations to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Budgeting: Manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to meet financial targets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal management regarding operational status.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
