Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean methodologies to streamline operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
