Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows and supply chain activities.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of supervisors and operational staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Finance) to align operations with business goals.
- Manage the annual budget and control operational expenses effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management or logistics leadership.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
