- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and finance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
