Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics coordinators and support staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and warehousing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.
