Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage cross-functional teams including warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to maintain seamless supply chain operations
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 15+
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
