Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional leadership experience with 10+ direct reports
- NYC-based operations background in tech/retail sector
- Master's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration
