Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-end logistics and operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational procedures and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Develop annual operational budgets, track performance metrics, and generate detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar industrial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues under pressure.
