Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, inventory, and distribution channels
- Develop/implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on long-term operational planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics
- Proven expertise in process optimization and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
