- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for key operational resources
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental projects with budgets up to $500K
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Mentor and develop a team of 8-10 direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or tech
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
