Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and optimize the day-to-day production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and throughput.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory levels, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality standards and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and customer returns.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze operational reports to provide insights to senior management and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.

- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects successfully.
