Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations management or logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
