Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain relationships to prevent stockouts and optimize storage space.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to align operational output with company revenue goals.
- Oversee budget planning and financial reporting for the operations department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
