Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Albuquerque facility, including logistics, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the budget for operations, tracking expenses and forecasting financial needs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and employees to foster a culture of high performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand.
- Utilize data analytics to generate reports on operational KPIs and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
