Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and performance excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12+ operational specialists through performance management and training initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve complex operational issues
- Manage annual operational budget and optimize cost structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory control, logistics optimization, and process improvement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with track record of implementing scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, PMP) preferred
