Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, distribution, and vendor relationships
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ operational specialists through performance development programs
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards with KPIs for real-time decision-making
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement automation solutions and technology integrations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company sustainability standards
- Collaborate with finance on budget planning and cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in logistics optimization and supply chain technology (ERP/WMS systems)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management abilities with track record of complex system implementations
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco's regulatory environment and logistics landscape
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent operational excellence methodology
