Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Respond to urgent escalations with precision and professionalism
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Implement process improvements for overnight workflows
- Document incidents and resolutions in compliance systems
- Conduct regular system health checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in night shift or rotational shift roles
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ITIL or incident management frameworks
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
