Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control teams
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal resource allocation
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Mentor and develop team members through performance coaching and training programs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
