- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers (200+ staff)
- Optimize supply chain processes reducing costs by 15% annually
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
- Lead crisis management during operational disruptions
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with quarterly reviews
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Coordinate with vendors for strategic partnerships
- Train and mentor operations supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in logistics/manufacturing
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required

- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
