Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 10+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze monthly operational reports, including KPIs, budget variances, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost reduction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
