- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with KPI-driven accountability
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for critical services
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
- Analyze operational data using ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics operations leadership
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA 30 and FMCSA certifications required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
