Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping coordination
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ staff members
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Analyze operational data to identify KPI improvements and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Coordinate facility maintenance and capital improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of operations management experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/WMS systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent leadership abilities with team development experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Colorado driver's license
