- Oversee daily operational activities across warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment teams
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and compliance with safety protocols
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or operations management
- Proven track record in process optimization and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for El Paso market
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
