Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and staff to maximize productivity and employee engagement.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient inventory management.
- Develop and execute operational budgets, forecasting expenses, and monitoring financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
