- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to align operational goals with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
