Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead a team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, transportation, and customer service
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven solutions to maintain service excellence
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading teams and optimizing operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
