Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of 15+ professionals
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budget planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain logistics
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in union and non-union environments
