Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop/implement KPIs to measure productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates and supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in warehouse/distribution operations leadership
- Proven experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environments
