Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless workflow across departments
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and quality assurance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
