Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational functions across multiple departments, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic KPIs and performance targets
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Represent operations in executive strategy meetings and contribute to long-term planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in operations management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
