Responsibilities

- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and operational growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proven track record of budget management and process improvement initiatives.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
